I’m working closely with the British Chamber of Commerce of Beijing, China.

It might start with a Demonstration and hope to grow into something bigger. But I have 7 people interested in trying this out and will try to run a clinic to give the basics.

I do need dimension of the weights so I can give to a Chinese steel company to make the implements.

Need dimensions for
56
42
28

For steel body / lead filled weights. Using square tubing and plate for end caps. Figure 1.5 lbs for ring and chain and use closest dimensions over desired weight. (total should exceed desired slightly). Use just enough lead inside to reach standard plus an ounce or two over.
Total length for implement including ring is MAX 18". Rings are 5/8" rod bent around 7 or 8 inch mandrel or pipe.

Sorry.
L,W Ht. and thickness in inches. The last column ( in pounds) is nominal implement weight without handle.
For example - a 56# weight could be 5.5" x 5" , or 6"x4" , using 0.25" thick steel stock. (Box tube and A36 plate for end caps)  Of course you can reverse the length and width dimensions, but I like to keep them as close to square as possible.
