Location of Clinic: Myers Park High School Throwing Facility, 2400 Colony Road, Charlotte, NC 28209
Location of Post Clinic Cookout: 9328 Hanworth Trace Dr, Charlotte, NC 28277
Nearest Airport: Charlotte-Douglas International Airport-Approx. 20 mins away from house/clinic
Start Time: 9:00am Lunch will be provided
Cost: 60.00  This will cover throwing clinic, weightlifting clinic, instructinal handouts, and lunch.
There is a 10.00 Dollar deposit this year.  Mail payments to Larry Brock, 9328 Hanworth Trace Dr. Charlotte,NC 28277.  Deposits are due by November 11th. 
The 3rd Annual Southern Pro's Throwing Clinic will cover all of the highland games events:(Stones,Hammers,Weights,Caber,Sheaf and the Weight over the Bar).  As always the clinic will include a weight lifting session after the throwing events.  This session is a 30-45 minute session held in the Myers Park weight room.  This will include olympic and power lifts as well as many supplemental lifts.  
This year the Southern Pro's Throwing Clinic will be entering into its 3rd year.  The past two years have been outstanding but this years clinic will feature one of the all-tme great throwers.  Larry Satchwell has agreed to be a clinician in 2006. A former world record holder in the sheaf toss and a USA Track and Field Certified coach, Larry is a wealth of knowledge in all the throwing events and will be a great addition to this years clinic.
