You know the worst part is I opened that actually thinking this was a training picture.  Note to self: read the replies first.  At least there were no kids in my office.

I too was thinking:  "I'll check this out, I need some help with front squats........whoah."

But you know what? for some reason, I'm now motivated to do front squats.

Also a convincing argument, at least in this specific instance, for NOT crossing arms over chest...

What, no mention of the epic badonkadonk on the chick watching? I could rock on that back porch all day.
Cheers,

Nah, that guy is to skinny, but I do seem to be following his pattern for hair loss.  Although he is much more advanced than me.

I am sure that the good people at Sorinex can place her in the proper position to fully use her assets.  You guys are just good like that.

My guess would be that Dow Corning deserves some thanks as well (at least for the chick with the barbell).
Cheers,

Well, if you can squeeze 'em that makes them real enuff.  Sadly I must admit I noticed her wrists 1st since I have horrid range of motion and weak wrists... but then none of that matters once I took note of the more important points of intrest.
