Energy is way down these days. Been doing a remodel of the house and shoveling snow just about every night so im pretty tired.
Heres my pathetic attempt at lifting yesterday:

Jan 21
Played some bball and its a good thing im a teacher because I schooled some kids.
Threw some shot with the indoor track team.
Did some token presses in the gym up to 275.
Still tired.

Possibly, or he could really just be overtired.

Either way, Tony, I think you should back it down until you feel better.

Tony do you ever schedule in an easy week?  Maybe one every four or five.  Seems like your body is doing it for you, maybe you could kind of take control of it by scheduling an easy week from time to time.

2 things - you need a new pipe and how far can you put Maren's playground ball?

Heavy, Heavy hammer looking good.  Might try a side angle next time.

If my work permits, might try to catch you out on the field this week.

been working on that aka Matt Doherty from Canada. He takes three of the
slowest winds then accelerates that thing faster than I have ever seen. I bet
he could pull it from the ground to release without a wind 100'
