I have video, but no point in posting. Been there done that ;)

Not easy, but no trouble at all and no issues.

Goals: 190kg or maybe even 425# with a better bounce out of the bottom, 405#/185kg with a 2 second pause, 385#/175kg with a 5-6 second pause. At 49 years old, 6'3" tall.

At the Parkour gym with the kids.

Jumping up stairs - worked up to about 10 jumps up 5 stairs from a single-step approach, in addition to a similar number up 4 stairs that way and about the same number up 4 stairs from a standing position. First time for these in about 2 months, I believe.

Review of the blog seems to state, squatting heavy results in heavier squats.  420 front squat.  That is some kind of party.  Congrats man, love it.

Myles - agreed, at least for some period of time, if by heavy you mean mostly singles and a few doubles and nothing hard over 3 reps. I have been prioritizing frequency and intensity and severely limiting volume, which has worked well for the moment. I will change things up a bit when I hit 195kg or 430 lbs. and then gradually try to get that up to 200kg or maybe 445 lbs. while simultaneously pushing up my Olympic Back Squat.
