Back Squats (full depth, in kg) - 20x8, 50x5, 80x3, 110x3, 140x3, 160x3, 180x3, 190x3, 200x1 (rather easily), 210x1 (only went down to parallel or just below but was fast and smooth) I was thinking of making 190x3 my top set, but decided I might as well do one at 200kg to keep up appearances and when it was quite easy (I considered doing 2 reps) I decided to go to 210kg. Not the typical or recommended progression! And not bad for the day after heavy Front Squats for an older guy either. Videos on Facebook and IG.

Did some Hang Power Cleans today to try to "reactivate" my tired legs and back. My top set at 135kg/297lbs. was far from perfect, but a reasonably high catch for this weight at 6'3" tall and after so much squatting. Video on Facebook and IG.

Was supposed to do Front Squats today, but zoned out and sstarted doing back squats for first several sets and decided just to stick with those. Video of 190kg x 4 on Facebook.
