Lol@photo...funny stuff y'all.

Got the gym set back up in NH. Anyone who hit the Ludus when I was in Texas knows it wasn't huge. The new garage is a three car...SO YOU KNOW SH*T JUST GOT REAL!

Got a solid lift in, ate a steak with a side of ribs (Mylesosaurus training) then sat out and counted the stars.

Three more days until I get the smack laid down by Bill Dubs.

Gold's for an early morning szechuan. (like session but spicier)

Mile warm up on the dreadmill...the gentleman next to me was humming "Torn" whilst jogging. Which, in most cases, I could let slide. Even the flannel pajamie jam jam pants would've gotten a pass here.

All this plus the too small yellow polo shirt (collar popped obv)...well...a man's gotta know his limitations.

A ton of core work. Lots of leg work in the "functional strength arena.". What strength isn't functional?

Hung out with the whole cast of Cocoon in the sauna...you know...Don Ameche, Jessica Tandy, Mike Dickens.

Then a mile at 7.

On a serious note, I'm sorry about being a douche in the above post. Props to those folks training hard in whatever they happen to have on...
The man in the arena.

Loon Victory. Not my best day ever...not by a long shot. The real winner today was Bill Waddell; he hung in every event and made his move during the second half of the day. He gave a Championship effort, plain and simple and with that being said I'd love an opportunity for a nine event rematch to settle it.

Games report tomorrow for sure.

Made it back to the new home in Milford. Bags unloaded. Lifting shoes on.

Bench 225 10x3
Squat 225 10x3
OHP 225 10x2

1000 jumpropes.

Offseason suckas.
The man in the arena.
