So much win.

Where the EFF is my Public Enemy flow? I move up here and all I get is a GD blizzard, A Gus gets KTFO, "Hey there's a coffee place called Dunkin's but not spelled the same," but no Rob gangsta.

I thought you meant all those things you told me and Adam on Megabed...

Megabed ......hmmmmm.   Did you guys push the beds together to have a sleepover on one of your road trips?   Who was the middle of that sandwich?

You never know Brian!

Fronts and jumps today. Heavy ish.

Ox jumps were no big deal, so I backed away from it about a foot. Then another. Then another. Was jumping with 20 lb dumbbells, but I thought I might be swinging them on the long jumps, so I ditched 'em.

GHR/Roman chair for polish.

Chopped firewood and ran this morning...both stupid.

Also, tightening up my foot placement was $. Good call Smashius.

Taking might be too strong a word.

Strict OHP w/Functional Strength FattyBoBatty
10x5 w/225. Worked these from a dead stop...raised the safety bars to my chimney chin chin height. Touch, settle, splode.

BP w/DatPhat
5x10 w/225; once again from a dead stop and with wide grip. Not really building anything here...just getting a solid stretch.
5x10 w/275. Yeah, triceps...notsomuch.

All in all pretty swole. Did an hour of snow shoveling. Now to lay waste to these BBQ chips and send some chickens to Valhalla.

Duncan...out.

Fronts and stuff today. Energy low, so worked to a heavy double and shut that part down.

Speedy fronts w/315...10 triples.

Roman chair/GHR stuff. Ab rotations.

Pop quiz:

If you add habanero peppers, fiery a$$ Hungarian paprika, a metric ton of onions and hot house tomatoes, 2 Modelo Especials, and harina flour to 7.4 pounds of steak?

A. A party
B. A guaranteed detox
C. Ragnarok Chili
D. Food pron to rival The Mule's
