All 135s and above we're done from the floor, all were done with a split catch. This was a very promising workout.

Front Squats 225 x 2 nothing left in the tank.
Have eaten poorly all week and it showed in my energy levels and motivation.

Worked in with another Guy who was doing Deads, no rest, no talking just he lift then I lift. Fun!

Right arm was 2" from locking out the 315.

Wow, went to the beach last week for vacation. 9 days of very poor nutrition intake. 4 days at the beach and 3 days in Orlando with a couple days laying around the house being worthless. I did get a few workouts in. Have been back to eating right and working out regular since Monday, my motivation is nonexistent and very sore. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get back into the training and feeling good groove.
Strength levels are the same or better. Hit a PR on Mondays bench(265 x 5) & last nights Push Press (195 x 5).

Forced myself to go to the gym, had intended to do a core workout.
LandMine 115 x 5, this was a bear, 115 x 5 glad it's done but no motivation for anything else.
AB Wheel 5, self is screaming no! 3 reps, wheel almost rolled out of my hand on the second one. Sat down and analyzed what my body was telling me. Decided I would rather go home and throw sheaf.
Practiced spinning and standing. Had no way to measure the height. This was easier to push through.
PM
Split Cleans 45 x 5, 95 x 3, 115 x 3, 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 175 x 3, 195 x 2 had the height on first but did not roll the wrist, second was not as close.
SSB 12" Box Squats 135 x 5, 225 x 5, 225 x 3, 225 x 3, 185 x 3 185 x3 the last set was touch and goes, previous ones were sit relax then roll up. I liked the touch and goes better. Less pain and pops.
DB Bench 60 x 12, 70 x 10, 80 x 7

These are not reflective of my Maxes merely what I am comfortable working out with.
This next week I start back on the vitamins and supplements. I have been to lazy to pack them as I have a hard time taking meds or supplements day in and day out. Have ate clean all week and lost half of the fat I packed on over the vacation. Next week hope to take off the rest. Protien every day this week has been at 200 grams or more. Starting to recover from the workouts but this summer heat saps it out of me when I go to throw.
