8/12/14.     Tues
Went to a gym that I had not visited in some time. 08:30 PM and the place is packed.
Squat rack was in use so started with seated press 45 x 5, 95 x 5 went in to the crossfit room and did
PushPress 95 x 5, place is packed only plates left are 25's so 145 x 5, some 45 # plates come available 185 x 3, 185 x 2
Pendlays 235 x 10, 235 x 10, 235 x 10
Left crossfit and back to gym
LatPulldowns stack had no numbers stack x 10, x 10, x 10
CloseGrip shrugs 405 x 10,'now the straps I use are soaked and kept slipping 405 x 6 slip, 405 x 6 slip
Shrugs with a reverse grip 425 x 8, 425 x 8, 425 x 8
Seated DB press 60 x 4 and realize the thrill is gone and hydration levels to low to carry on. This gym was hot as compared to the YMCA at home.
Still all in all it was fun.

Did a lot of yard work in the heat yesterday and feeling rather dehydrated.
Power Snatch worked on form, first rep would be from the hip groove. Each rep I would drop a little more, fifth rep would from the floor.
65 x 5, 85 x 5, 105 x 5, 125 x 3, 135 x 2, 145 x 1
Front Squats I have not been consistent with my squats and it showed today. Felt stiff, painful and heavy.
135 x 3, 185 x 3, 225 x 2, 225 x 2 weight would start to roll on second rep.
High Bar Close Stance Squats
315 x 2, pain was intense, dropped down to 275 and worked on going as deep as possible, felt butt against calfs.
275 x 3, 275 x 3, 275 x 3, 275 x 3
DB Bench 60 x 12, 70 x 10, 80 x 8, 90 x 6, 100 x 4!!!!!! 80 x 4, 60 x 10
These felt great.

Deadlifts 225 x 3, 275 x 3, 315 x 3, 365 x 3, 405 x 3, 475 x 1/5, 315 x 5. Went into this feeling depleted, but thought if I could hit 475 this tired then 500 is right around the corner.Got 475 up 3-4" off the ground. Then ran out of steam.
DB Bench 70 x 12, 70 x 11, 70 x 10
Done. Worked out 6 says in a row, will rest next 2 days to recover.

Shoulder is still sore, took it easy today. Found pushing had no pain but wide grip pulling hurt.

Thanks Tom, like I read on your log my weaker days are getting stronger. I had meant to do all sets of 5 on DeadLift when I went for the 4th rep at 405 I realized it was not to be. So then I figured to just do what I could. Was really shocked to get 465.

Spent last week in Texas at a training facility for work. Worked out once last week as the gym was so hot I did not go back. Ate big and rehabbed. Now that they announced where the 2015 MWC is and it's relatively close this is were I shall set my sites. 378 day left to train!

Recovering from yesterday, did 3 hours yard work and chores. Tried to finish off with a 140 pound dumbells farmers walk. Right tricep cramped on me, end of the farmers walk. Gonna do some IBProfin and rest.
