I am going to post a photo of the stone I have been carrying, it is right at 160.  What about yours and what your doing w that?  I get some back and legs and seems functional for me.  Plus you def get some wind w that up on your chest trying to go.  I like it a lot.

Myles - I have a couple of of them.  The larger is about 25" long x 19" Wide x 10" thick.  I def feel it in my arms and upper back.  Basically I try to grab it in a bear hug and go.  Too heavy to press so walk is about it.  I puff like a steam engine when I take it even for a short walk.
