2+ mile walk with Deb and Jazz

On a side note, I am now committed to a 5k road race with my 9 year old daughter.

	5/6/2012 Domesticated workout - Dropped and cut up 2 big oak trees. Turned the soil in my raised beds and planted my small vegetable garden. Another hour or two of spreading mulch. 5/7/2012 Couple hours of splitting wood. Adrenaline fix with Matt J at the Avengers.

	5/12/2012 2+ hours of stacking firewood. Had done some light flat benching a day or so before and did something the following day to totally tweak out my left shoulder. Cannot even bring arm up to horizontal level. Rest and IB have helped. Will continue to go easy with it as MWC is just around the corner.
