throwing vs. a mattress

   Ok I may be off topic here but yesterday I worked out, had a good day thowing and I felt great, so my niece ask me to move a mattress for her, so I said shure, it was a monster a queen double quilted top, monster, pretty much a challenge mattress, no prob I thought, I am a strong guy, so long story short, I start to move the thing and get in a bind my back goes four diffrent directions at once, and the next thing I know is I am on my back with my niece looking at me and asking If I was alright, I said "no" please go get uncle Tim 3 ibuprophans and a couple of beers he is going to stay down here awhile, so watch those mattresses, it could almost be another event
