Hit the gym to get a feel for how my arm is gonna work for me. General all around the gym day stupid light weight it is gonna take a while to get my groove however weak it was back on. Good news is the arm felt fine even though I didn't stress it more than 135.

wednesday overhead presses, curls,  and some shot
thursday bench, cleans
friday skul crushers, lots of tri pushdowns, deads and some hammer

cardio mix run walk powerwalk whatever I am not a runner.
throwing heavy weight, 25 kb and shot at volleyball court because its easy to measure.
