Last week was not exciting enough to bother logging - conditioning and speed work, tada.

First games of the year - North Texas Kick Off
The wind was biting, but the ground was flat. Events in the order we threw.

HHam - 52'2
LHam - 70'10
Sheaf - still doing this as a bottom up drill with a three tine fork, when I try to swing it goes wild - so 20 ft was easy, 22 went wide, in front and behind. GRR!
WOB - 13 the long way, too many misses, have to clean this up
Braemar 8.4lbs  -26'7
Open 12.6lbs - 31'10
HWFD - 31'11
LWFD - 58

Then sat around a while waiting for LW, Masters and As to wrap up - World Of Beer could be the most disappointing after event chow and service to date.
Highland Games - The drama is so high, because the stakes are so low.

First time you have logged in over a month and it's better than most on here. Nice training B. Looks good. Love seeing a training log that you can actually see the plan/split or method in, not just random lifts and throws.

Thanks, Ryan. I have a stellar coach to help me keep it in line, throws with Becker are educational, and the yoga & dance is to prevent the numerous little injuries I had last year.  Schedule is full and I sleep like a champ.
