Leaving today for a 2 week trip home to the great white north.

Will be back on the family Farm, so I'm going to root around to find some stuff to throw.  Should be entertaining and test my farm resourcefulness.  ha!

I will be sewing myself up a sheaf and giving the hay forks a go between cow feedings.

Celtober Games - T minus 4 weeks.  Very excited!

Thrilled to find your log.  You were a MONSTER in Tulsa.  I can't wait to see how you do with more practice under your belt.  Seriously, girl, you were fantastic right out of the gate!!

Looking forward to seeing you at the Celtober Cowtown!

Hey Sarah!!  It was a riot!

Just back from holidays and I'm totally snowed under at work... I'm going to be lucky to get to the gym once before Celtober.  I will have to rely on strength from within! HA!!

Best plans for a sheaf etc at home went astray, most I did was feed the cow a haybale and some hiking.

Can't wait to see you guys again.  I will have to get back into the routine. I love logging my workouts here. :)   right...lunch time... or rather... more work while I try to eat lunch!

Ahh Celtober Games.  Totally amazing.  Placed 3rd and got a sweet caber top trophy!  Love it!

3 PR`s:
Breamar Stone - 22'1" (up almost 3")
Major breakthrew on spinning portion of the WoD:
Heavy - 24'4" (up 2")
Light - 47'0" (that is a 13'7" inprovement!!)

Many thanks to Duncan for the assistance!

Caber and Sheaf were total bombs.  Must work on those!

Many happy and fun times were had by all. The Dallas/FTW crew are a riot!  Great to meet Heather Mac, hope she gets here soon!

3 weeks to Austin... I have to do some training before this one.  No more slacking off.
