Well, now that the new message board is up and running great, I'd like
to mention that New England's Favorite Son <tm>, 63 year old Bill
Bailey, increased his own world record in the (accursed) sheaf in
uncharacteristically hot conditions at the polo field in Queechee,
VT, Saturday, August 28. The 16 lb sheaf soared to 28'6".

I know Bill was wanting to show everyone at the MWC his awesome sheaf form but with no sheaf this year he had to wait(i guess the one week was enough)...I know its early but look for another ring to adorn his hand as next years MWc is in his homestate and should include a sheaf!@

I had the pleasure of throwing with the living legend Bbailey at the recent Masters Worlds. Anyone could see the aBillity in Bill, and this sheaf record is no surprise. In addition, he comported himself as a real gentleman, self-contained and always under control. Just like all the rest of us. |

Hey Bill I shot you an email about getting together to throw
sometime. Your only 20-30 minutes from my place. I would
love to throw with the master. I am still just the grasshopper.
