Duncan, I'm not there yet, but I train Masters on the weekend and need to make another weight. It is fun to throw shitty and get over 40 though.

took a good hike today. about 4 miles. 2.8.2015 throwing i was tired today, just couldnt hit better than 90% but still a good day sheaf x 20, wob x 15, h hammer x 15, all over 85 breamer x 15 mostly toeboard drills, 30 ft avg O Stone x 10 35 - 37 56 wfd x 5, 30 - 32, used old block weight 2.9.15 bench and rows bench,135 x 10 x 3, 245 x 6,6,6,6,6,10 rows, 135 x 10 x 3, 185 x 6 x 6 squatz, for speed 225 x 10 x 10 |
