Wed

1 hour easy throwing off the pavement felt good - hammer lwd and shot. Mostly drills and mobility.

Thanks for the wake up call Myles ... doing way too much volume in the training hall. Was feeling sore and had no energy. All tuned up. Pulls / Back tommorrow. 3 sets, 3-6 reps, 3-6 movements .... Lift to Throw.

Myles, I'll bet the bus got the worst of it. I'll look forward to seeing you in March, healthy and ready.

Or its some top secret code to keep folks from doing what he does. DD is gaining all the advantage he can for the Arnold.

Thrus Am

30 min cross fit - running jumping kb swings band pull ups.

Made the decision to withdraw from the Arnold ...... probably not a mystery why but I can't support or contribute games that don't honor the tradition of the games. Should have asked on the front end never would have made application.
Maybe the next MWC in the States for me. In the interim going switch gears, cross fit x6 per week and pull x1 per week.

GMs tonight

I love a man that stands by his convictions.  You forever have my respect Don.  I've claimed for a while that this kind of thing was missing in Highland Games as people were selfish, and you have renewed my faith in humanity.
