Hello,
New to throwing & I just started throwing medballs for power.
I tweaked my knee in June, throwing a 60lb WFD. During the rotation.
So I started doing medicine balls & I can't believe the power change in my lifts & throws.
Anyone else doing this ? Also I just learned about PAP training.
Doing a heavy lift for 3-6 reps & then doing a med-ball throw.
I've been playing around with it seems pretty cool.
example, squat & press followed by dive throw or chest press throw.
man I'm impressed by the force I can exert.
I'm 50yrs old starting a new sport what fun.
