Hi to all of you .

I was on the getting started portion of the web site and looking at the weights for the heavy events, specifically the weights for the men's master (over 50) class.

It isn't clear to me exactly what weights are used for the events:

Could one o you provide some specifics.

Thanks.

Went to Dicks Spring Goods and was pleasantly surprised they had some weights for track and field.

Picked up a 25 lb weight with handle. Will pick op a 45 lb next time.

I found the site (here)from the guy in MD I can get the 22 and 16 lb hammers from. Will send him an email to get a price.

Got the highland game training vid from amazon.

I'll try the amateur event at the parenfair the end of September. Wahoo!

I'll go watch you pros in September in Bethlehem, PA. One of my favorite events. You'll recognize me as the old skinny amateur in a kilt.
