After an absence of 5 years it was great to see the World Championships staged in Scotland. 
Sadly I could only stay for a short time on day one as I was heading down to Newcastle for my family's first gathering since the loss of my mother at my parent's graveside. 

We are hoping to make our get together an annual event on Mum's birthday.
