   My rattan hammer broke last year. I cleaned out 22lb lead shot and find that it is too small for PVC. Has anyone replaced a rattan with a PVC where they needed to modify the ball. Looking for some tips. Think the solution is drilling the lead shot.

	Landrich has a good design. Maybe electrical conduit with the bell cap? Your right about maybe having to drill, so the cap has something to catch. If not his weights are a good value.
