Need some feedback! What kind of sprinting
works for highland games? Such as intervals, 40's, 100's????? |

Minimalist is right in my view, you are looking for the acceleration phase of the sprint. Once I get up to full song the parts seem to feel like they are coming off. Yep, Kman loved the short sprints.
