Good luck in your training,

Throw!! There is no finish line!!

D-

Thanks, ... Dad is elk hunting in Colorado and the youngest (Jeremy) threw for the first time this summer at Inverness, Scotland. He enjoys the weightlifting, but is not quite hooked on the throwing.

Dad and I are training for the MWC07, while Jason and I are training for 190Nationals.

You're a lucky guy to have a family where all of you train and/or compete in some way!!  Good luck in '07.

Throw!! There is no finish line!!

a photogenic and extremely talented family ~ Something to be proud.

Since I am neither photgenic nor a good thrower, I will throw out one of my favor action shots which naturally does not involve me!!

Here is Ed Lang and a perfect 12 on the caber

I think Ed was testing the theory that the origin of the Caber Toss was from people who threw a log perfectly so they could traverse a stream without getting wet.  Theory proven?  Perhaps, but at this point in the day, I think all were wet

the picture was taken by Joshua Heston of Midwest Irish, an on line magazine/journal  ( www.midwestirish.com ) which promotes Celtic Culture in the Midwest.  Midwest Irish has articles and pictures from a couple of Highland games on the website.

K-Monster that is one hell of a picture!

Back when Mike was JACKED, you were thin, and Craig was healthy

I think I am just jealous. I am the only one who throws in my family. Everyone else just shovels sh_t.

If I ever look thin in a pic, believe me, it's an ocular deception. Look forward to seeing you this weekend. We might be needing our umbrellas.
