Ok, I'm new so humor me. This is what I did in my first full week of training: Tuesday: Compound Snatch 8x3 worked up to 125# could do more, High pulls 5x5 135, good morning 3x8 155, bent row 5-6 sets worked up to 185 x 6, situp x8 Thursday: Push Press  8x3 up to 175, Incline DB press 5x5 100, close grip incline 3x10, 135 rotator cuff excersises Saturday: Compound cleans 8x3 up to 185, Front squat 2x5, 2x4, 210x2, 225x3, Situps x8

Hows this look for a preseason program?
