No records are kept or noted on NASGA except the North American Records (On the Celtic and Claw pages).  

The first two links from that google search I posted will give you the answer for the class record you seek.

On Todd M,s combined record list see the lightweight wob record is 17-5 by Jeff Thornton...(* also listed is the evil spin wob class record of 18-3 by same guy)

The URL for the 'Combined Records List' that I maintain is:   http://goo.gl/HTaL

The URLS for the sites that are the original sources (including the lightweight site) are at the bottom of the list.

The exception is the Scottish Highland Games Association (http://www.shga.co.uk/) They do not maintain a records list (that I know of) so I periodically crawl through the results pages to look for records.
