Starting a training log:

My name is Joe Stanco (Batman Thrower)

I started throwing in highland games October 2013 and fell in love with the sport. 2014 was my first full season where I competed in 9 games in the midwest.

Here are a few stats to start:
I am 23 years old 6'2" and weigh 275#
I am currently throwing in B class with hopes of starting in A's 2015

I started lifting as a teen playing football in high school and have lifted on and off as an adult.
Last time I tested my 1RM's was 6 weeks ago and they were

deadlift
 440#

squat
360#

bench
295#

push press
220#

hang cleans
225#

I just finished a 6 week strength program and am deloading now.
I will max again next week and start posting to this log regularly.

So finished my 1 WEek deload from my strenght program and i just set 2 of my 4 maxes today.
Squat 405# that is a 45# increase in 6 weeks and a big lifetime pr. I also would like to be the 1st to welcome myself to the 400# club in squat

Also i maxed bench press. 300# that is not a big gain in the last 6 weeks, only 5# but still a gain. I would also like to be the first to welco.e myself to the 300# club on bench.
Still a long way to go but the batman thrower never ceases to amaze.
