   I was at Albuquerque, exausted, 8 events in. Ready to give up and find the beer garden. Then I got this book from Matt. I opened the cover and awesomeness spilled from the pages. I glanced at all the big words in the table of contents and knew what I had to do. Ten minutes later........................big PR in the height weight..............................
I can only attribute this to the osmotic power of Matt Vincent's "Training Lab". A must have for any thrower, I will go back for seconds. I pretty much have to , the pages are all stuck together!!!!
( Because I still had tacky on my hands but couldn't wait to read more- get your minds out of the gutter !)
