I would like everyone in highland games, and especially everyone I throw against to train twice a day and eat only chicken breasts and veggies.

I recently started eating white bread again as my post training carb and it was like Jeezus juice.  I felt like a champ.  Garbage carbs get a bad rap but they have a place.  I got  the idea from listening to the nutrition guy on RX Power Hour and I figured if he recommended it for his strongman clients than I figured it was good enough for me.
