Got hit in the side of the head by my Dr yesterday. Went in Sick cam out Sicker. Been sick for 2 weeks decided I better go see what’s wrong knowing full well what it was. (Pneumonia) seems to get me every year because I never go when its just Bronchitis.  While I was there the Doc went over  my blood work from 4 months ago that I had been ignoring him about. Cholesterol still high at 254 but better than the 280-300 it has been for the last 2 years. Seems my regular Doc, has been conversing with my TRT Doc and finding its not working like it should be because my thyroid is crapping out now. I have had this thought in the back of my mind for some time but the Dr. never seemed to be that worried about. So now I have another batch of test and a pill to take. Going to do a 4-6 month trial test on meds to see if we can trick the thing back to working. I am doubting this will work from the research I done, and it sure hasn’t worked with the TRT. I know I couldn’t have controlled this but still sucks. I have been plagued with injuries for the last decade of my life and now this. So I guess its really time for a change. Time to start eating a little cleaner and adding a little more cardio into my training. I don’t intend to give up on strength sports yet, even though I probably should based on injuries alone.

Weighed in at a sloppy 268 yesterday, so here is my last weekend of living life without a care, and getting over the Pneumonia.. Monday is a new day and a new way of life for this 42 year old broken man.

There is no way that you are 42. Your joking. Naw, I'm not going to fall for that.
