I made mine 10 years ago from a york bar,each handle wt 10lbs.I saw the ones from Ironmind and figured I could make them.I can go from 10lb to whatever.... take a look at sorinex they have all sorts of cool stuff.......

Pulling backward,slow pace to feel thighs,hips working
straight arms,feel the pulling in the upper back,traps...not so much in the lower back

you put the rope througth the handle and hold on to the rope, swing between the legs like a hungarian core blaster.....
the rocks were in the back yard.....

i train the sheaf with KB side swings and throws

I read in Milo about a Polish lifter doing that and said to myself.... well basiclly what you said.....for me it's more of a warm up for the knees,hips,shoulders,wrists etc. the 3x3 is much lighter than the second part...

had a surprise workout today......driving home i saw some guys throwing a tire/discus in the field where i throw sometimes.
i did 9 throws with the tire (25lbs or so) and 12 with the discus

highschool guys 11th and 12th grade,i think i might start throwing the discus...do they have master discus guys?
the tire went 42ft and the discus 117ft......1st time throwing the discus...i think all this not training is making me a better thrower
