After about 12 years of gliding, I've decided to give rotational shot a try.
Reasons being:
1) I've topped out with the glide, rotational may provide a higher ceiling
2) I feel the technique applies itself well to the stone, and the extra 6" of room in the trig
3) It's fun and I've always wanted to try.

Today was day 1. I threw light shots (15 lbs) to allow for more reps.
Went through:
Stands
Wheels
'Step ins'
And a few South Africans.

Didn't get to fulls just yet. Maybe a few more practices and I'll be ready.

Best throw was about 52'...nowhere near my all time PR, but about the same as I've been getting out of the glide in practice lately.

Happy to take any and all criticisms and comments:
