Pause sguats worked up to 346 2sec in hole then drop squats felt good bouncing out of hole. Some overhead press sitting. Without back support worked up 205x5. Then unbent lots of nails. Then bent 2 yellow 1 blue the blue is mutch easyer for me strange.

Behind the neck overhead press yesterday worked up to 276 missed my first attempt made my 2nd and missed my 3rd. Did some open stone just trying to see what i can and cant do with my ankle.

Pause squats worked upto 375x1
High pulls single hand and dubble

6-21 deadlift from 3 in. Forced air breathing worked up 457 back was stiff.

Shoot me in the face squat 474 501 miss 514.7 bentch 363 miss 386 dead 540. Then560 and change no spotters no one helping load bar all in under 1hr. Squat was grate just missed 514.7 should have got is easy dam commitment issues lol. Only 3min off between lifts set up dead while bentching and worming up.

Bit of throwing today. Bramar stone 26-30 ankle holding up open 34-38 need lots of work. Hwfd 26-28 need to work on the right speed to take off. Hh 62-68 fell and hurt ankle agen oops. Wob 12`6 made 3 out of 5 13`6 hit bar with handle need timing and some pop.

One of by best games today. Stones up a little but not prs. 29 and change 36`11 hwfd to throwes over 32. Pr at 32`11 lwfd grate grooping to over 63 shortest 61`8 pr sheef 28`2 hit bar at 30 so close to roling over. Then wob 12`8. Yippy.

Harpoon strongman today was diabolicle. First event one arm ohp. With long 2in bar kegs on eatch sid 110lbs went 6 on light 6 left 6 right 3 left struggled out a few more 27 reps total. Event 2 keg stairs 8 kegs carried to then up stares it was 3 kegs tomany. I think everyone was sent off looking for our lungs. Last 3 kegs are 250 275 300. Event 3 viking press the weight just kept going up. Felt like 280 in hand lots of struggling on this 11 reps. Last event keg load. I was 2nd to go thanks to bill showing us a new way. Took off flying no bobbles even on last 300lb keg 36sec. Seccuring the win by about 6sec. Time to get myself a walker.

Got a new small hard plastic cast. Squating only did cingles with green bands working on hand placment worked upto 445 pluss green. Wow good day.

Lol no sorry. Doug hepburn. Itsa 4 day split so deadlift overhead press tuesday. All same reps 80percent 6x2. 2 min rests. Then drop 20 persent 3x6 was quite difficalt having just lost 10 lbs

Season recap prs. Bramar 32.5 open stone 38'11".5 crushed caber this year biggest stick turned 21' 110 lbs at loon no better place to come up big. Light hammer 89'11" sheet 30' wob 13 to tie my best several times. For the lack of training this year and working 60hrs weeks. Best year in a long time.
