Hey there, hopeful newbie in New Jersey looking to get started. Is anyone in this forum from NJ or know who I could connect with in NJ (or Manhattan) to get started? Up to now I have been purely a spectator so I need to learn the basics. Could someone point me in the right direction?

where in NJ???if southern Nj try PM'ing Al Yodakis(he's near the Jersey shore)..if in Northern NJ..contact me..I live in Rockland County but work at a gym just over the Nj border in Blauvelt NY

I'm in Neptune NJ. I train every weekend and have a feww guys that train with me (on and off). You're welcome to come and give it a try anytime. I'm putting on a meet this saturday (5/5/07) if you're interested.
