First off thanks to JVG for a spot to throw and encouraging women to come out and throw. Second thanks for all the thoughts and prayers for Ryan and sorry if I miss anyone's name but in no special order Lacy,Courtney,Dave Barron,Scott,Kenny,and Hapy(you guys are why I keep coming back!) and third to Hapy-much love and prayers going your way as you send them back for my pain. Ok games report-I threw like utter crap BUT a bad day throwing is better than most. It was nice to escape for a few hours. Laugh/Live/ and throw! I've learned to "Embrace the Suck". Distances were down by 5 to 10 percent but was in the sun w/friends(old and new) so was a win! Thanks again and I will be back w/ a vengeance.

 I concur and second Terris comments from above. I want to thank all the women throwing-Lacy Johnson/Britney Boswell/Alison Tostvien/Katherine Duckworth/Courtney MCGuire/and Terri for letting me run and judge your class. I hope my pushing to get you lady's done quick and safely was well taken. Always a pleasure to help out in any way(I seriously wish the top ams and pro had 1/2 the drive and enthusiam as you girls showed!). Here's to a great 2015!

Heading to the gym for Friday afternoon session-see Terri hasn't updated(or me for her either) for Tues/Weds/thurs/fri workouts. Will do in a few hours and kid from the gym(former hs thrower/decent strength but good athlete/kid) wants to break into the games. Going to the practice field for a tutorial in implement training and throwing(except sheaf(hate it and no uprights or high branches) or caber(someone cut my Maine cedar up hmmmm))

The above 4 w/outs were 1 st rotation of her 5 cycle leading into Rhode Island HGs..here recoverability is unbelievable Im finding it hard to stay with her gym motivation,and progress...love the gym but Ed wets on my old bones/joints..ok enough of my whining

Db incline 35 x15,15
Tri press 95 x15,16,17

Sat will do overhead squats,speed box squats
Sun will do am core/conditioning pm-throw( prob just 17/20 stone drill and wob..want a decent wob on 6/13)
