2/19/19   Took a day trip to a strongman gym to lift some stones w/ stronglady Steph.

Warmed up with lots of light stones to 48"-60" boxes then on to some realer stones...
265x2@54", 265x2@60", 315x1@48", 315x1@54", 360x1@48", 360x1@48", 315x1@54", 315x1@60", 315x1@60"   ***tired and ready to get un-tacky***

Stones are fun. The end.

Nachos, Steak, Walleye, mashed taters. Salted caramel malt.

Love these with bands. You really don't need a strong band at all either. The tension catches up quick. This is one of the few lifts I get an immediate carryover with when I ditch the band. No weird feelings, only awesomeness!
