Forgot to post Monday's bench but it's the last week of 5's so it's not terribly impressive.
Bench 225x5 245x3 265x8 Did three extra reps to that moves the WM for bench to 330, it's not great but I'm not a great becher Flat bench DB 65x6x3 Then tonights activities. Veritimax... that is all.

The best day of the week deadlift. Didn't really do much because I squatted last night which leads me to post last nights squat.
Squat 225x3 325x3 405x1 425x7 Todays dead 235x a bunch. I did it one handed several time too just for giggles. Still sore from the squat so I just messed around with whatever the douchers in the gym loaded on there. They would struggle then I would do somethin really stupid with it to make them feel inadequate. Then threw some stone. Lesson learned? I still suck at it. |

185x8x3 Single arm press 3x6 Tris and bis baby! Then Friday's lifting Deadlift 315x3x5 Threw a little after lifting. Wasn't anything to cheer about that's for sure. |

Started the 3's wave tonight with squats. Felt good.
Foam roll Squats 225x5 315x3 375x3x6 375x5 Hang clean 135x5 185x5 225x3 275x1 315x1 Abs Cleans really felt good. Its not a huge hang clean by any means but I was happy with it. Looking forward to Loch Norman this weekend. |

Thanks Dave. Paid off big time this weekend.
Had a good time at Loch Norman Sunday throwin with guys. I usually don't get to throw with and met some great guys too. Here's the wrap up from a rainy Sunday at Loch Norman. Stone.... sucked Hwd-33' and change which was a PR. Lwd-67' and change which was also a PR HH-85' or so. I'll take it considering the handle was slick as owl shit and I could only take two winds before it tried to leave hands prematurely. Caber- I braemared all three attemps and turns it way easy. Wob-15' Pr Attempted 16' and just missed Sheaf- Came in at 20' and by the time I got it the thing weighed 25lbs. Cleared 20' and 22' easily then went to 27' since I was all that was left and let's face it 22' would look stupid on the database. Cleared 27' and was done (yes the crowd went wild all 4 of them). Felt like I threw well enough in the rain and look forward to Smoky Mtn. |

Alright got a little lazy but its ok only thing I missed was bench and its still bench. On to Saturday. Did a small deadlift only comp and this is how it went.
585. Got it easy 645. Once again easy, but then I lost my mind 700. Missed. Broke off the floor easy but middle of the stroke gave out before I could get it above my knee to finish. Overall good day. Won the 242's and bowed graciously to my old foe gravity for on that day it won again. |

Did some static pulls against a force plate today. I learned that whoever thought static movements were a good idea for training was insane.

I think I'm going to start a new tradition. Ima going to call it Sheaf Sunday Summer. Throw sheaf every Sunday all summer long. Its easier, cheaper, and more fun than golfing.
