Happens every time. As soon as I hit a decent workout I read about Myles or Baab being extra awesome, and I have to crawl back onto my couch with a bag of doritos and weep for my manhood. Thanks guys.

I was in training camp with Mike in 84. This is exactly how I remember him. I am pretty sure he wore his loincloth to a couple meetings. Great stuff.

Leg presses (w a good set up) are a Hell of a lot better than NOT getting legs done on a busy day...and it's a great way to go heavy and save creaky old knee joints. Ya 'll might be a bit surprised at how many NFL studs live on a leg press.

1.25 GREAT DAY on the bar ! Best day in years.Beer

Leg presses must be the answer !
Knee braces , my shitty Cap bar ,  bengay , 5 Ibuprofen 200mg , big ,nasty dark glass of green tea , my Browns sweat pants and my Longhorn explosive strength T shirt , straps , a nap before , chalk and my 30 year old bumper plates inside of 4 different types of 45's .

I probably looked ridiculous ...but felt the looming presence of the Gawds of Iron.....it had been too long since I had paid homage to the Maker of Men.

135 x 5 hang high pulls to chin
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3 put the belt on
355 x 2(not quite to chin - chest high maybe.
315 x 5 (felt like 225 - put it down and did a really awkward old man happy dance alll alone in the driveway.

The Gawds were well pleased .

70 - my whole plan this year is to do only one thing:

Whatever is hardest for me - came down to:

1) sprinting (stumbling) 1x s week
2) heavy ass olympics 1x s week
3) toss 2-3 xs week
4)jumprope consistently

All done solo in 30 mins or less - Hard and go home - there's just soooo much Test left

I can't possibly beat you guys w flat ass power so I must TRY to be fast(er)Clap

Win lose or draw, I am very much looking forward to sharing the field with you guys.  That being said, I am trying to get as much strength back in this old body as I can because technically I suck and I do soooo hate wearing a butt whippin.  It would appear that competition is good for the soul.  Let's Go.

Three sets of twenty ought to make you feel strong.
