LOL...Matt.  Investment, right.

Nope, not lactose intolerant, that is real whole milk I am buying.  I am loving it in my coffee compared to the mass produced stuff.  (Actually found cream on top milk that leaves these wonderful little golden fat circles on the top of my coffee....yummm.)

I am a scrooge though.  Tongue

No way man...I am being extra careful not to get TOO fat while doing this.  Given the heat/workouts, I am stuck between gaining and losing.

Throws Saturday means I am probably going to lose about 23 pounds of water weight.

Several things here:

GOMAD . . . be careful.  If you are planning on being 280 by Pton, you might be looking at GOFAT.

Paul Newman agrees avatar

I have found a good supply of Organic Goat's milk.  I will be consuming it in large quantities to make sure I am not left out of this milk fad.   (I love milk, seriously).

Congrats on the win, champ!

I do have a pic of you in my bathroom.  but, it's on the ceiling.  (Along with all you other younger and bigger bastards who will be at Pton).

I am actually training again.  This old body is responding nicely.

BJ - Thanks man!

Mike - No worries about GOFAT.  I would never give you the satisfaction.

I know right?  It's like an adventure every four hours or so...I'm already up to the J's in my Marvel Encyclopedia!!!

Lifts today...well on my way to becoming Quadzilla.  Narrowed my stance considerably and feeling all of that tension on the quads and hamstrings...love it.  4 plates.  Nothing huge.

Talked to Nick Kahanic today, who has inspired me to do as many curls as possible, so I did some bro-ish lifts and abs to give myself a chance to reboot after squats.

Heavy floor presses.

Core crushers, with a little adjustment.  Holy abdominals Batman!  Heavy hammer tomorrow...FTW!

275 today post workout...it's working.

Nothing notable...did do 1000 abs today.  So I've got that going for me.

Scott H. -> Take it easy on the hammer.  That's WAY TOO far.  Sir.

Had a great lift today.  Really stoked.  Was kinda in a bad place with the recent turn of events...no Pleasanton, no Am Worlds, no Loon (Work related) and this was a good chance to sweat/vomit out that frustration.  A tremendous, and humble, thank you to Steve Conway, Kevin Dupuis, and Wayne Hill:  I am sorry if I let you fellas down...I really wanted to be there.  Again, thank you for offering me the chance; this offseason is about earning those invites next year.

WHAT!!!!   Shite man.  I was looking forward to epic back to back confrontations.  We'll never have our rubber match at this rate.

Well, I know how it is when life get's in the way and you have to be a grown up.  Hang in there.  If nothing else, maybe we can throw together at Celtober Throwdown, if I can get an invite.
