11APR  WED

Braemar 90%  x10
Open at 90%  x10
HWFD at 80% x10
LWFD at 80% x10
Caber with Ugly Stick 4:4...Iron Wood 1:2...Ethyl 0:3

Focus on hitting positions and letting it flow nice and smooth and hit 48' with the LWFD.  Now if I can keep that loose in a game and not get all geeked up...

16APR  MON

Squat  100%    375:1:1:1
Dead Lift 90%  430:5 (reset each rep)
High Pull         195:5x1
Jump Shrugs    255:5x1
GHR                4x8
RC                  4x20

Increased on HP by 5-lbs.  Hard to believe that this went this well.  Feel like hagus smells.  My calories are way down also.  After two years of GOMAD I have had to drop the milk.  Went cold turkey for three weeks then all of Lent; I drink a cup with each meal now.  Got to adjust and get my cals back up there.

Braemar  x8
Open      x10
HWFD   x8
LWFD   x10
Caber    Ugly Stick 3:4...Ethyl  0:4

Actually did Braemar at the end of practice as the fellas were already underway when I got there.  Working on getting smooth with my open (Shuffle).  WFD are really doing well.  My LWFD is hitting high 40's now.  Caber is doing well.  Sticks were water logged from all the rain today.

30APR  MON

New 1RM day (retry from the abysmal fail from last week)

Box Squat     380:F  380:1
Dead Lift        480:1
High Pulls      205:5x1
Jump Shrug   255:5x1
GHR - BW     4x8
RC - BW       4x20

Glad to have hit 380/480 before start of in-season lifting.  Disappointed that I did not get the 400/500 that I wanted back in August of 2011.  In perspective Squat 340 to 380 (+40) and Dead Lift 460 to 480 (+20).

Signature stays until the drive starts this August.  I am going to throw a f'ing party on that day.

You will need them to remove the signature, since Kara's best competition pull is 501, those .5kg'ers could give you a nice round 502!

Off Season Recap from beginning of August 2011 to beginning of May 2012

Body Weight  180 - 192 (+12)

Squat  340 - 380 (+40).  Only 20 pounds shy of the 400 goal.

Dead Lift 460 - 480 (+20).  Really thought I would do better here.

Bench 240 - 250 (+10).  Goal was 300 but not even close.  Did move my Push Press quite a bit.

Notations:  Did GOMAD for a long time.  Liver enzymes and such got all out of whack.  Got sick.  Told to quit milk a month before Lent; went the step further and gave it up all together.  Easing back into like a normal person on the moo.  Body weight got as high as 207 but it dropped to 192 as of today; I am holding steady here and that is fine.  Feeling good.

Next up:  Road to Relevance 2012.  Stay tuned.

HH x3

Did not lift.  Still getting better.  My body weight is now 185 from 196.  Plan to practice on Wednesday then Alma on Sunday.  Speed work for the week along with practice leading in Guelph, CN on June 9th.  After I think a strength cycle would feel great.  Thoughts?

Next game is June 9th, Guelph, Canada

Hit all events but focus put on WFD, Hammer, and WOB.  As these need the most work before then.  Will post video later after I read the camera's directions.

Edit:  Video was garbage.   Will try again next practice.
