Well I finally got my computer working so I can post again and thought I would
Just started getting back into the gym after a rest. Goals this year are just to get stronger, with more indoor throwing I think. Gonna try the weight training thing 3 days a week and mix some conditioning, speed, indoor throwing in the mix and see where it takes me. Well after a weekend of eating and drinking lots, made it back to the gym today. Did about 15 minutes of dynamic stretching and walking on the treadmill. Deadlifts 440x5, 500x3, 555x2 Cleans 135x10, 185x4x5 Leg Curls 70x2x10, 80x8 Just did some foam rolling |

Just did about 45 minutes of med ball stuff and some conditioning things, trying to lose a small amount of fat, not all of it I've gotten used to the cushion. |
