Squats back a tad tight so only went up to 220x5 a few sets
Bench up to 4 sets of 5 at 253lbs
Some light hang snatch pulls 132lbs

Deadlifts 2x 330 5x2at 350
Dumbbell rows 3x10 95lb each side
Push press to 220lb
Strict press 132x6
Some other assistance work..

Have a cold r man flu felt like shite last 3 days...

So squats up 5 sets 3 at 264
Bench up to 286x1
Some arms and hang snatch pulls

Glad that's over..

      Felt okay for being away for so long, but I'm back and will list my goals below for 2013

Body weight 245 Target 240



Bench                          350lb 308. -42
Squat.                          400lb 330. -70
Dead lift.                      450lb. 396. -54
Press strict push press 200lb 176 -24. 275 242 -33

All lifts no suits raps or belts.


   Light stone 44 ft. Heavy stone 35ft Lwfd 70ft hwfd 33ft hammer light 115ft heavy hammer 90ft wfh 13

Well. Tight left hamstring coming from hip back etc...
Squats up to 3x286
Bench worked up to 1x 320 best for 5 years or so yippee no spot took bar off myself...
Dead lift 1 x330 hamstring hampering big time could not apply any real force in the lift!!

Hang clean pulls to 3x3x220
Push press 132 up to 220. Sharp quick reps
