   Ok-while training hasn't been that great for me in the last 3 years(minor things like a dual patellar tendon/left quad rupture/having my 3 youngest grow up/coaching HS varsity football/MS girls basketball/and watching my son develop ino one of the most gifted actors around/and my daughter into a D 1 basketball prospect) have slighty neglected dwoods training and while i have a kick arse facility available to me 24/7 at school-it wasn't till last week when a girl I traiin who is being recruited for bball by kentucky/rutgers/uconn-looked at at me and said din't you you used to be strong...well a little sly laughing by Terri and after she shut my football team up with a show of 405 X 2 reps   X 6 sets with 30 sec rest in box sq did I say dwood time to manup...well this week started hitting it and plan to hit defrancos "built like a badass "program(and yes I have your shirt KO.its only a xXXL ok???)but hit a bp max of 295 X 3(yes lame) and tonite while digging some Tool hit 405 X 6 motherf**king reps..hadnt maxed out in a while but felt it was time and while not whats up to everyones standards on nasga-am looking to hit a 500 d/l for reps beofre trying to throw again(and i know if I throw again it may get terri out of qausi-retirement and let the world know what a 40+ strength freak can do!!!!)....Dr Bill in Denver looks like I am coming for your hole!!!!
