There was a great post a while back called "inexpensive implements" or something liek that.

Does anybody know where it is?

I am looking to make a hammer now.  I also need to know the correect weight for Master's Hammer throw.

thanks in advance

Todd

As far as I'm aware Masters throw the same hammers as everyone else. HH 22# LH 16#.

Try the search engine above - it kicks out everything you ever wanted to know.

Do you want implements to practice w/( get a ballistica from sorinex) or possibly host your own games someday?( old Celt or Mjolnir Hammers)

There was another guy that had put together a ballistica type implement ( pre sorinex version) but the ballistica has a wider range of uses.

Good Luck.

just for practicing

somebody had done a list of the implements and how to make them cheap.  I have hunted and hunted for the post, but can't find it.

the hammer was like a piece of pvc pipe and something else, and then it described how to make it.
