Have moved from the shuffle to the modified South African.  This throw set a PR at 32'2" (31'2").  What do you see?  ((That is my hat which is outside the box; I took it off before the throw))

its hard to tell much from this shot.  Video would be much more helpful.

Only thing I might be noticing is that you are "hinged" at the waist forward with you upper body and your butt back, this is no good, you are most likely not leading with your lower body and hips, so you upper body is getting ahead of your lower body, robbing you of all the power, but like I said, video would be much easier to diagnose.
