WFD orbit question

   I go watch the Pleasanton vids in a second, but thought I would ask here also.  What is the orbit of the WFD?  I am starting to get my footwork better, but looking at my vid I realized my orbit is almost 45 degrees to the direction I am trying to throw.

Release at 12...then my high point is at 10 and my low is at 4 or 5.  Watching the video I realized why my shoulder get so sore, I am trying to throw from the middle of the orbit and having to muscle it up where it doesn't want to be.

How do I fix this...:^)  Simple question no?
