   I wanted to mention this to the throwing 

community...it is now possible to share this 

information in a couple of different ways: 

#1-An online class...with video instruction in terms of 

weight training for throwing (Week-1---Day one ect,) 

week by week with video and written 

instruction...through the college where I instruct. We 

are talking CHEAP....$26 for a 1-unit online class 

that would involve 18-weeks of SPECIALIZED 

instruction...! 

I'm going to try and justify this by an e-mail campaign 

so IF you are at all INTRESTED in this project

#2- I can still offer a more detailed PRIVATE 

instruction...you send video or post it to me through a 

website and get event by event TECHNICAL 

breakdowns...and I have a process where we can 

speak on the phone and look "online" as I 

breakdown 

your individual technique. 

I try to do this for a nominal fee and I 

know 7 or 8 of the top 10-pro's have benefited from 

this

	Coach,you have peeked my interest.I'm plenty strong enough,but have absolutely no track and field experience.This sounds like it could benefit me alot.I know I can throw alot farther with much practice and better technique.I will e-mail you for sure.
