I am new to this but I figured I would post. Body weight = 265 PC = 345 FS = 450 PP = 300 That is if the front squat is just below parrallel and not butt on the floor. |

Haha, here're mine. Did 'em last week on a sort of week off not front squatted for months, push press pretty regular and no power cleans (other than axle) for a while either (and forgot I was allowed to use straps). Front squat - 148kg = 326 Power clean - 105kg (got 110kg in a continental - unplanned) = 231 Push Press - 115kg = 253 All at 128kg bodyweight gives a pretty pathetic ration of just under 2.9. I know I can improve the power clean pretty quickly and probably had more in the squatting tank and a push press of 120kg is within my reach in next week or two. Humbling ! |

Here's a weird one - did Axle clean and press in prep for Sydney's Strongest Man in June. Cleaned 108kg fairly comfortably - with 2" bar, non rotating ! No straps either. So my ratio went up ! Edit on 25/4/9 or 4/25/9 to most of you guys! Did axle push press of 120.5kg yesterday ! Bodyweight up though - 130kg. But I think the ratio sneaked up again - looking forward to throwing and seeing what difference this strength makes but got Strongman comp in a week, so no time.

Updated: Power clean: 120k Push Press: 120k Front squat: 160k Bodyweight same - ratio now 3.07 Having been training throws for last few weeks, this does seem to be translating to better distances, as technique has not returned to last season's form (so much to do, so little time as always).

bump. I would really encourage people to try this out or retest this before the season starts. Together with the Triathlon Test I have also bumped, this provides useful info regarding your relatives strengths and weaknesses (technique aside). |

I'm stronger in all 3 lifts (including probably the power clean, but I really have no idea), but I'm also 30lbs heavier.

Craig, Honestly, give the Power Clean a reasonable chance in the test, even if you never bother to train it. The number you put up last year is simply ridiculously low for someone of your strength and explosiveness, regardless of your experience with the lift. I am sure you could actually cheat reverse curl that much. I hear you know someone with a bit of Olympic lifting experience - spend a few minutes getting her to give you some pointers! |

Wow, haven't thought of this in a long time. Glad you put it up. I'm 13 lbs heavier (probably not good), but added around 20 - 30 lbs on each of the lifts. Haven't done cleans or Front squats in a long time, maybe I should see where I am.
