I made mine 10 years ago from a york bar,each handle wt 10lbs.I saw the ones from Ironmind and figured I could make them.I can go from 10lb to whatever.... take a look at sorinex they have all sorts of cool stuff.......

sled pulls-put a oly bar through the handle, snatch grip, 180lb on sled 135lb on the bar 4 x 60ft....traps are sore so are the legs

Pulling backward,slow pace to feel thighs,hips working

straight arms,feel the pulling in the upper back,traps...not so much in the lower back

for my 46th b-day at the end of the month i plan to squat 315lb 46 times......not in a row ......just take the day to see if i can
